Comprehensive solutions
Several services under one coordination – from the first technical assessment to handover of the project.
How we work
How the service runs
- 01
Brief analysis
Understanding the project, a site survey and a proposal of the optimal solution.
- 02
End-to-end delivery
Coordination of the required trades, machinery, transport and the work itself.
- 03
Project handover
Inspection of the result, documentation and follow-up technical support.
Scope of the service
How the services can be combined
- Dismantling existing technology + clearing the site + installing new equipment
- Dismantling + internal handling + relocation within a single plant
- A complete relocation of a machine or line between two locations
- Relocation + project management + coordination of specialist trades
- Decommissioning old technology + coordination of removal and further processing + preparing the space for a new investment
- Installation of a technological unit + coordination of the OEM, the integrator and local suppliers
- Technical support and maintenance as a follow-up phase once the project is complete

About the service
Comprehensive solutions
Not every industrial project can be reduced to a single service. Replacing technology can involve decommissioning the existing equipment, dismantling and removing it, construction or technical preparation of the space, transport of the new technology, handling, assembly and coordination of several specialist teams. A comprehensive LETKEN solution brings the necessary activities together into one managed project with a clear point of contact for the customer.
One coordination instead of a chain of separate suppliers
The more suppliers a project involves, the more time the customer has to spend coordinating the interfaces between them. Each supplier may handle their own part correctly, and the project as a whole can still lose time on site handovers, waiting for machinery, unclear responsibilities or schedule changes.
The comprehensive model makes sense where the customer does not want to manage every partial activity separately. In that case LETKEN assembles the project from our own services and the partners required by the technical scope. The responsibilities that stay with the customer or the technology manufacturer are defined up front, so that nothing is left unclear during delivery.
The scope is assembled around actual need
A comprehensive solution does not mean the customer has to buy every service automatically. The point is to remove needless interfaces where a single coordination creates real value. On a smaller project, ordering only the handling and assembly may be the most efficient route. When a whole line is being moved, it is better to manage dismantling, transport, positioning and the follow-up trades within one schedule.
The decisive step is therefore the initial analysis of the brief. On that basis we determine which activities LETKEN is to cover, which stay with the customer and which need to be coordinated through other specialist partners.
What the customer gets
- one point of contact for the agreed project scope,
- a shared schedule instead of several disconnected plans,
- a clearer division of responsibilities between the parties involved,
- less time spent connecting suppliers on the fly,
- technical decisions assessed in the context of the whole project,
- the option to change the scope flexibly as the project develops, without losing the shared coordination.
Why a comprehensive solution from LETKEN
- Relocations, dismantling, handling, installations and project management can be planned as one whole.
- The scope is not a fixed package – it is assembled around the technical and commercial needs of the specific project.
- The customer can delegate coordination of activities they would otherwise have to connect with their own team.
- Changes are easier to manage, because their impact is assessed across the whole project, not just one partial service.
Frequently asked questions
Questions & answers
A comprehensive solution combines several of our services into a single project. It can, for example, include dismantling the equipment, relocating it, transport, reinstallation and project management of the entire delivery.
The main advantage is simpler coordination and clear responsibility for how the project runs. Instead of managing several suppliers separately, the customer has one partner who coordinates the individual activities and how they follow on from one another technically and in time.
Yes. Industrial projects differ significantly in technology, space, deadlines and production requirements, so we set the scope of services individually. The starting point is a site survey or technical consultation, on the basis of which we propose a suitable approach to delivery.
Do you need more than one service covered?
Send us the goal of the project and the basic technical conditions. We will propose which activities make sense to bring under one coordination and where a separate scope is more effective.
